Sunday Yogalates Class 3:30-3:30pm EST
Yoga + Pilates 60 minute Class~ Get the best of both worlds in this combination practice of Yoga and Pilates. Appropriate for all
experience levels. Core strengthening is tempered with Yoga stretches and poses.

Thursday Mixed Level Yoga Class 4-5pm EST~
Mixed Level Yoga emphasize deep stretches and mindful flows, with clear and kind instruction. This class often includes balance poses and uses props like blocks, strap, and a blanket.
This class works to strengthen muscles, increase agility and mobility, and incorporates various types of movements and balances. As we age, all of these aspects become crucial to decrease injury and stress. And Savasana at the end makes us all happy and relaxed, a great way to work out all of the kinks before the weekend~
